Chad currently serves Sarasota Baptist as the Executive Pastor. He joined the staff in February 2007 in the role of Associate Pastor of Education and Discipleship. As Executive Pastor, Chad provides the strategic and operational leadership to all the areas of church ministry. He has a passion for making disciples through the teaching/education ministry of the church and is a firm believer in Sunday School/Community Group based ministry.

He has been married to Candace since 2001. He is a proud father of his five-year-old daughter, Hadley, and his two-year-old son, Shepherd. Chad is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and has served churches in his home state as well as in Austin, TX before arriving in Sarasota.

Chad is an avid football fan, where he loves to follow both the Tennessee Volunteers and Tennessee Titans. He loves spending time with his family, fantasy football, reading, snow skiing, and taking his children to the beach.
