Eric Williams joined the staff at Sarasota Baptist Church in November of 2004 and serves as Director of Operations. He is responsible for the oversight of facilities, general operations, and finances.

He is originally from Richmond, Indiana but relocated to the Sarasota area with his family in 1985. In September of 2004, while participating in a mission's trip to Guatemala, Eric felt the call of God to seek a full time role serving in the ministry. At the time he was actively involved with Community Group Leadership and was volunteering in the Multimedia and Technical Ministry here at SBC. His background with technical management at Comcast Cable and computers provided him the necessary experience to oversee our multimedia and technical needs between the two campuses.

Eric and his wife Vicki have been happily married since February of 1998, and have one son, Anderson, in addition to actively supporting Compassion International.
