Susan Delac has served as the Preschool Director since October of 2001. She has served in the preschool ministry for many years, in addition to a number of other lay positions in the church prior to joining the staff.

Her desire is to provide a safe and secure environment of teaching and nurturing where preschoolers will be able to experience God's love. Susan has touched the lives of preschoolers and their families for years as she also taught in private preschools, both in Sarasota and McAllen, Texas where she and her family lived before moving to Florida.

Susan, her husband Michael, and sons David, Andrew and Daniel made the move to Sarasota in 1987. The boys have blessed Susan and Michael with three wonderful daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. As Susan says,"We are blessed."
