At Sarasota Baptist, we believe that God wants to do something life-changing in the lives of students; not just in the students of our church, but all middle school and high school students in Sarasota. Because of that reality, we want to make sure that we are regularly reaching-out in order to put students in a position to hear from King Jesus and connect with Him personally. We believe that it is important for students to be under the teaching of the Word of God in a corporate, family setting through our Sunday worship services. We also believe that it is vital for students to experience community and build Godly relationships with their peers, so we strongly encourage students to be part of Sunday morning community groups, as well as our mid-week worship gatherings on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Finally, we believe that the Bible shows us how students have amazing potential for impacting the kingdom of God in any generation. We intentionally provide contexts to cultivate leadership, service, and mentoring for our student community throughout the year.
Sundays 10:30am-12pm
Join us on Sunday mornings where students come together to eat some doughnuts, study the Bible, and strengthen relationships through discussion in a smaller group setting. All students meet together in the chapel for doughnuts and announcements, then break-out for community group classes for middle school and high school
(6th-12th grade).
Wednesdays 6:15-7:45pm
Come join us every week for Forward Motion! FM is our dynamic
mid-week gathering that includes live worship, creative teaching, and building community with other students. Forward motion is for middle school students.

Sundays 6-8pm

Come join us every week for APEX.
APEX is for our high school students and combines live worship with creative teaching to help build a better community.

Our student ministry is very active with other events, trips, meetings and outings as well. Please follow us on Instagram or Twitter, or like us on Facebook for
